Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNORA47 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNORA47 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher SNORA47 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORA47 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCS show a favorable association.
BLCA, UCS, and BRCA are the cancer types where SNORA47 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
