SNORA3C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNORA3C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,077 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNORA3C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation, Negative regulation of release of cytochrome c from mitochondria, and Carbohydrate catabolic process. Each is linked with SNORA3C in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNORA3C-to-partner and partner-to-SNORA3C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNORA3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNORA3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
