SNIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,492 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNIP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTPS1, MLYCD, and ATP5F1C. Each is linked with SNIP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNIP1-to-partner and partner-to-SNIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNIP1 versus CTPS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
