SNIP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,616 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA8, GNL2, and FTH1P1. Each is linked with SNIP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNIP1-to-partner and partner-to-SNIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNIP1 versus CDCA8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
