Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,957 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNIP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, and RISC complex assembly. Each is linked with SNIP1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNIP1-to-partner and partner-to-SNIP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by SNIP1-low versus SNIP1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
