SNHG30

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNHG30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,555 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNHG30-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THOC1, WRNIP1, and RFC5. Each is linked with SNHG30 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNHG30-to-partner and partner-to-SNHG30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNHG30 versus THOC1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNHG30→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNHG30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
