Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNHG29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,571 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNHG29-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNTTIP2, SPAG7, and ELAC2. Each is linked with SNHG29 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNHG29-to-partner and partner-to-SNHG29 results are reported.
