Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNHG22 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNHG22 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher SNHG22 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNHG22 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and SKCM show a favorable association.
BRCA, SKCM, and KIRC are the cancer types where SNHG22 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
