Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNHG1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNHG1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher SNHG1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNHG1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and LGG show a favorable association.
ACC, KICH, and LIHC are the cancer types where SNHG1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
