Across TCGA cell cohorts, SND1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 756 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCN1, LMX1A, and USP17L18. Each is linked with SND1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SND1-to-partner and partner-to-SND1 results are reported.
