SNCG

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNCG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,403 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNCG-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMRN2, ASPA, and ABCA8. Each is linked with SNCG in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNCG-to-partner and partner-to-SNCG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNCG versus MMRN2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNCG→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNCG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
