SNCG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNCG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,526 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNCG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Small GTPase-mediated signal transduction, Chaperone-mediated autophagy, and Cellular response to indole-3-methanol. Each is linked with SNCG in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNCG-to-partner and partner-to-SNCG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Small GTPase-mediated signal transduction grouped by SNCG-low versus SNCG-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNCG→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNCG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
