Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNCAIP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNCAIP data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SNCAIP Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNCAIP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUSC, and ESCA are the cancer types where SNCAIP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
