Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAPIN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,776 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAPIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are TREM1, CXCL8, and H2AC13. Each is linked with SNAPIN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAPIN-to-partner and partner-to-SNAPIN results are reported.
