Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAPIN protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,507 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAPIN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BLOC1S2, BORCS5, and BLOC1S1. Each is linked with SNAPIN in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAPIN-to-partner and partner-to-SNAPIN results are reported.
