SNAPIN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNAPIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,134 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAPIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are PYGO2, MTX1, and C1orf43. Each is linked with SNAPIN in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAPIN-to-partner and partner-to-SNAPIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNAPIN versus PYGO2 in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAPIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAPIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
