Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNAPIN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,260 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNAPIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAX8, ZYX, and PINK1. Each is linked with SNAPIN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAPIN-to-partner and partner-to-SNAPIN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNAPIN versus PAX8 in CNS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAPIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAPIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
