SNAPC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAPC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,027 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAPC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR5, GTF3C2, and GTF3C4. Each is linked with SNAPC4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAPC4-to-partner and partner-to-SNAPC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNAPC4 versus WDR5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAPC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAPC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
