The most reproducible SNAPC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP214, CEP78, and INPP5E. Each is linked with SNAPC4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAPC4-to-partner and partner-to-SNAPC4 results are reported.
