Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAPC4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAPC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Chk1, Notch1, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with SNAPC4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAPC4-to-partner and partner-to-SNAPC4 results are reported.
