SNAPC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNAPC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 425 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAPC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TM4SF5, TSPO2, and OFCC1. Each is linked with SNAPC4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAPC4-to-partner and partner-to-SNAPC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TM4SF5 grouped by SNAPC4-low versus SNAPC4-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAPC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAPC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
