Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAPC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,457 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNAPC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZFYVE26_T1105, SPINDOC_S148, and NSRP1_S248. Each is linked with SNAPC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAPC1-to-partner and partner-to-SNAPC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNAPC1 versus ZFYVE26_T1105 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.
