Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNAPC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAPC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GCM2, CLEC4F, and WDR87. Each is linked with SNAPC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAPC1-to-partner and partner-to-SNAPC1 results are reported.
