SNAP25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAP25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,243 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAP25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R12B, REEP6, and SLIT3. Each is linked with SNAP25 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAP25-to-partner and partner-to-SNAP25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNAP25 versus PPP1R12B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAP25→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAP25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
