Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAP25 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,669 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNAP25-associated genes across cancer lineages are MGAT4C, SYP, and AP3B2. Each is linked with SNAP25 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAP25-to-partner and partner-to-SNAP25 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNAP25 versus MGAT4C in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAP25→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAP25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
