SNAP25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAP25 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAP25-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rb, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with SNAP25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAP25-to-partner and partner-to-SNAP25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rb grouped by SNAP25-low versus SNAP25-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAP25→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAP25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
