SNAP25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNAP25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAP25-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMY1A1. Each is linked with SNAP25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAP25-to-partner and partner-to-SNAP25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBMY1A1 grouped by SNAP25-low versus SNAP25-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAP25→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAP25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
