SNAP23

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAP23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,288 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAP23-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBR1, MRPS34, and PPIF. Each is linked with SNAP23 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAP23-to-partner and partner-to-SNAP23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNAP23 versus UBR1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAP23→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAP23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
