Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAP23 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,943 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNAP23-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERF2, CCNDBP1, and PDIA3. Each is linked with SNAP23 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAP23-to-partner and partner-to-SNAP23 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNAP23 versus SERF2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAP23→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAP23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
