Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAP23 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAP23-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, FASN, and MEK1. Each is linked with SNAP23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAP23-to-partner and partner-to-SNAP23 results are reported.
