Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNAI2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNAI2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher SNAI2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNAI2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD are the cancer types where SNAI2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
