Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMUG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,857 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMUG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are F10, PBX1, and COX16. Each is linked with SMUG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMUG1-to-partner and partner-to-SMUG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMUG1 versus F10 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMUG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMUG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
