Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMU1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,801 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMU1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maturation of 5.8S rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), Positive regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing, and Ribosomal small subunit biogenesis. Each is linked with SMU1P1 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMU1P1-to-partner and partner-to-SMU1P1 results are reported.
