SMU1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMU1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,243 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMU1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3928, SENP3-EIF4A1, and FANCG. Each is linked with SMU1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMU1-to-partner and partner-to-SMU1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3928 grouped by SMU1-low versus SMU1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
