SMS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMS RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,696 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMS-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBBP7, POLA1, and HCCS. Each is linked with SMS in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMS-to-partner and partner-to-SMS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMS versus RBBP7 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMS→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
