SMR3B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMR3B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 259 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMR3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRGJP1, VWA5A, and MIR3193. Each is linked with SMR3B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMR3B-to-partner and partner-to-SMR3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRGJP1 grouped by SMR3B-low versus SMR3B-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMR3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMR3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
