SMR3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMR3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,008 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMR3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of epithelial cell migration, Positive regulation of cell-substrate adhesion, and Embryonic eye morphogenesis. Each is linked with SMR3A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMR3A-to-partner and partner-to-SMR3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of epithelial cell migration grouped by SMR3A-low versus SMR3A-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMR3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMR3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
