Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMR3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,381 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMR3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLT1D1, FCGR3B, and SELE. Each is linked with SMR3A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMR3A-to-partner and partner-to-SMR3A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMR3A versus GLT1D1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMR3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMR3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
