Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMR3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 513 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMR3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR361, TRAJ23, and RNU6-660P. Each is linked with SMR3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMR3A-to-partner and partner-to-SMR3A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR361 grouped by SMR3A-low versus SMR3A-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMR3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMR3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
