Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMR3A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMR3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACVRL1, p53, and p90 RSK. Each is linked with SMR3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMR3A-to-partner and partner-to-SMR3A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACVRL1 grouped by SMR3A-low versus SMR3A-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMR3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMR3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
