SMR3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMR3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMR3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPHA8, SIDT1, and EPB41L2. Each is linked with SMR3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMR3A-to-partner and partner-to-SMR3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EPHA8 grouped by SMR3A-low versus SMR3A-high in LUNG_SCLC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMR3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMR3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
