The most reproducible SMPDL3B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitochondrion organization, Keratinocyte development, and Establishment of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity. Each is linked with SMPDL3B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMPDL3B-to-partner and partner-to-SMPDL3B results are reported.
