Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMPD4P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,284 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMPD4P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC74BP1, SLC9A3P2, and AACSP1. Each is linked with SMPD4P1 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMPD4P1-to-partner and partner-to-SMPD4P1 results are reported.
