SMKR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMKR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,956 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMKR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PUS7, NEXN_S80, and PARVA. Each is linked with SMKR1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMKR1-to-partner and partner-to-SMKR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMKR1 versus PUS7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMKR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMKR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
