Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMKR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMKR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-147P, MIR199B, and RN7SKP266. Each is linked with SMKR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMKR1-to-partner and partner-to-SMKR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-147P grouped by SMKR1-low versus SMKR1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMKR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMKR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
