Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMKR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,029 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMKR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleotide biosynthetic process, RNA localization to Cajal body, and RNA localization to nucleus. Each is linked with SMKR1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMKR1-to-partner and partner-to-SMKR1 results are reported.
