SMIM36

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMIM36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 201 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMIM36-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator, Fc-gamma receptor signaling pathway involved in phagocytosis, and Negative regulation of transforming growth factor beta1 production. Each is linked with SMIM36 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM36-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator grouped by SMIM36-low versus SMIM36-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMIM36→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMIM36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
