Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMIM34A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 453 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMIM34A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Immunoglobulin heavy chain V-D-J recombination, Regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition. Each is linked with SMIM34A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM34A-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM34A results are reported.
