SMIM3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMIM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,153 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMIM3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPFIBP1, PLOD1, and CD276. Each is linked with SMIM3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM3-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMIM3 versus PPFIBP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMIM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMIM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
