Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMIM26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,519 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMIM26-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Regulation of DNA-templated DNA replication, and Pyrimidine ribonucleoside diphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SMIM26 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMIM26-to-partner and partner-to-SMIM26 results are reported.
